The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
Com. Sub. for S. B. 698 -- "A BILL to amend and reenact §16- 13D-1, §16-13D-2 and §16-13D-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend said code by adding thereto two new sections, designated §16-13D-10a and §16-13D-10b, all relating to regional authorities; authorizing regional water authorities, regional wastewater authorities and regional water and wastewater authorities to provide for the joint maintenance of its participating public agencies and authorizing regional water authorities, regional wastewater authorities and regional water and wastewater authorities to extend service to unserved customers. "
